At Dawa Organic, we want to ensure our patients and customers are fully satisfied with our natural and organic products. Please read our policy below regarding returns and refunds.
1. 3-Day Return Limit
We accept returns within a strict period of 3 days from the date of delivery. If 3 days have passed since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund, exchange, or return under any circumstances.
2. Sealed Products Only (No Return on Opened Items)
Due to health, hygiene, and the medical nature of herbal products, opened, unsealed, or used products cannot be returned or refunded. To be eligible for a return, your item must be completely unused, unopened, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging with the seal intact.
3. Damaged or Wrong Products
If you receive a damaged product or the wrong order, please contact us immediately within 24 hours of delivery at info@dawaorganic.com or via WhatsApp at +92 342 6633786. We will arrange a free replacement for you with no extra shipping charges.
4. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return process within the 3-day window, please send us an email or message with your order number and a photo/video proving the product is still sealed and unopened. Once approved, you will need to ship the package back to our official address: Mohallah Inam Abad, Street No. 1, Opposite Government Hospital, Pakpattan Sharif.
5. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item to confirm it is unopened, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed via Bank Transfer or EasyPaisa / JazzCash within 3 to 5 working days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
6. Order Cancellation
You can cancel your order at any time before it is shipped. Once the order is handed over to our courier partner for delivery all over Pakistan, it cannot be canceled.
